PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a commercial message closely related with a region or a time zone to a user with voice by retrieving a commercial message data stored in a memory section, utilizing the positional information at the current position or the goal of the user and the current time, and then delivering the retrieved commercial message data to a terminal. SOLUTION: Upon receiving positional information at a current position or the desired goal from a user utilizing a telephone connected with a public line, the distance and azimuth calculating section 52 of a navigating system 1 calculates the distance to the goal and the azimuth thereof, which are then notified to the telephone of the user by voice. A transportation means determining section 53 determines a transportation means suitable for transporting from current position to the goal by retrieving a transportation means data 64 and notifies it to the user by telephone. During the processing time, in which no information is communicated between the user's telephone and the navigating system 1, a commercial message processing section 54 retrieves commercial messages stored in a message data 65, while associating them with ranking information, positional information and time zone information and delivers them to the user. |
