SOLUTION: Corresponding to the retrieval request from a client 5, a server 1 retrieves a cache data base 4 and when the relevant retrieval condition or ID is found out, the list of the retrieved results corresponding to the relevant retrieval condition or ID is transmitted to the client 5 of the retrieval request source. When the relevant retrieval condition or ID is not found out, a retrieving means 2 is instructed and based on the designated retrieval condition, a data base 3 is retrieved. Then, the notice of the list of the retrieved results is received, the list of the retrieved results and the retrieval condition are registered on the cache data base 4 corresponding to the ID, and the list of the retrieved results is transmitted to the client 5 of the retrieval request source. In this case, the recyclable limit is added corresponding to the ID in the cache data base 4.
