PRESSURE WELDING MACHINE FOR MANUFACTURING WIRE HARNESS AND METHOD FOR JUDGING WHETHER OR NOT PRESSURE WELDING IS PROPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and stably measure a pressure welding load and accurately judge whether or not pressure welding is proper. SOLUTION: A load cell 6 is held between two, upper and lower load cell holders 4 and 5. The load cell holders 4 and 5 are coupled via a gap 9 by bolts 7 inserted from the upper load cell holder 4 to the lower load cell holder 5 and nuts 8 screwed to leading ends of the bolts 7. The upper load cell holder 4 is connected to a lower part of a lift block and a guide roller 3. A pressure welding cutting edge 10 is set to the lower load cell holder 5. Since the lower load cell holder 5 with the load cell 6 loaded thereon is not connected to the guide roller 3, vibration from the guide roller 3 is not transmitted to the load cell 6. Eventually only a pressure welding load is applied to the load cell 6 and vibration of the guide roller 3 is prevented from being taken as noses into measured data.
