In the high-speed turn-off synchronous rectification circuit 10 the drain terminal of FETS2 for synchronous rectification as a reflux switch and the drain terminal of FETS3 for synchronous rectification are series-connected with each other, and a Schottky barrier diode D1 is parallel-connected with them.
