PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the photosensitive material superior in color developing performance both by heat-development and wet development methods. SOLUTION: The photosensitive material contains as a coupler at least one selected from the compounds represented by formula I and as a developing agent at least one selected from the compounds represented by formula II and in formulae I and II, each of R1 and R2 is an optionally substituted alkyl or such aryl group; each of R3-R5 is an H atom or a substituent; R6 is a substituent; Y is a hydrocarbon group necessary to form a pyrimidine or quinazoline nucleus; R7 is an alkyl or aryl group; R8 is a substituent, but when a ring formed by Y is a quinazoline ring, R8 may combine with any of condensed rings; and (n) is an integer of 0-5.
