PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically inspect the adhered state of the inside part of an optical disc. SOLUTION: A projection part 3 is made into a dome form, so that a diffused light is incident on an optical disc 1 from all directions, whereby the optical disc 1 can be uniformly lighted without generating the reflection or reflection unevenness of the illuminating light. Since the data of the adhered state in an inside surface 1a can be precisely inputted to an arithmetic processing part at once, the automatic inspection can be performed with a small arithmetic processing quantity.
