PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect a value of a lift generated by a difference between an atmospheric pressure drop because of a high-speed airflow produced at the side of an upper face of a lift plate by a lift apparatus as an apparatus for floating an aircraft and an environment atmospheric pressure at a lower face. SOLUTION: A lift atmospheric pressure sensor (a1, a2,..., an) for a lift plate faced to a high-speed airflow and an environment atmospheric pressure sensor (b1, b2,..., bn) are set. Detected data is taken into a control part 11 and stored in a memory 12. A lift value because of a difference of both atmospheric pressures read out from the memory 12 to an area of the lift plate is displayed by a display device 13. A difference of the lift value and data of an airframe gravity-measuring part 14 is operated and displayed as data of a rise or drop.
