PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a quick and inexpensive position-adjusting method and position adjusting-fixing method for a member. SOLUTION: A guide body 38 is constituted to move in a Z-direction (vertical direction) along an outer circumferential face of a nose part 22 of a lens holder 22. When the body 38 is moved in a Z1-direction (vertically upper direction), a rod lens 30 is moved in the Z1-direction pressed by a pressor plate 36. The rod lens 30 is sometimes overmoved in the Z1-direction in a process for moving the lens 30. The guide body 38 is returned in a Z2-direction (vertically lower direction) in this case. An end face 30a of the rod lens 30 abuts to an abutting face 36a of the plate 36 by dead weight of the lens 30. The rod lens 30 is also moved thereby in the Z2-direction (vertically lower direction) interlocking with the guide body 38. Therefore, positional adjustment between the lens holder 22 and the rod lens 30 is conducted quickly and inexpensively.
