PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize bulk transmission by means of utilizing an existing protocol without newly standardizing the protocol by setting a unit for increasing a frame transmission number to be variable in accordance with the number of lines to be connected and adding the frame transmission numbers created at every line. SOLUTION: The frame transmission number is set to be variable in accordance with the number of lines to be connected and the frame transmission numbers created at every line are added. For example, the titled device is provided with a control part 101, a DTE control part 102, first to n-th line control parts 1031, to 103n, first to n-th line frame transmitting parts 1051-105n and a transmission frame number creating part 104. When the second line is connected, the order number of first line data is increased by two corresponding to the number of connection lines and the order number of newly connected second line data is alternately increased with the first line one.
