PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a mother board in a receiving device for receiving digital CATV broadcasting or satellite broadcasting or the like. SOLUTION: A front end circuit 121 which houses any circuit board individual for receiving CATV broadcasting and satellite broadcasting in a specified shared shield case body 131 is provided with two terminal columns 123 and 124 corresponding to each function for CATV and satellite broadcasting. At a mother board 122 side, a demodulating circuit for demodulating a transport stream is shared, and circuits individual for CATV and satellite broadcasting are formed. Therefore, even when the kind of the front end circuit 121 is different, the mother board 122 can be shared. Thus, developing efficiency can be improved, and the front end circuit 121 can be prevented from being made large for mother board sharing.
