PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized electronic device whose structure and weight are reduced by improving the mounting efficiency and whose assemblage is facilitated by simplifying the construction. SOLUTION: An elastic member holding tool 2 for holding the cylindrical surface of an exciting motor 1 is provided between one surface of a printed board 3 and a bottom surface 71 of a case. The tool 2 has a locking portion 21 which is part of a column projecting toward such one surface of the board 3. The portion 21 is force-fitted to be locked into a locking groove 31 provided in the board 3. Switches 4 are provided on the other surface of the board 3. An operation portion 5 is provided, which has protuberances for biasing the switches 4 and a fulcrum 51 for supporting seesaw operations and abutting an end face of the column of the tool 2. An opening is provided in an upper surface of the case corresponding to the portion 5 to thereby allow one side of the portion 5 to be exposed from the opening. The portion 5 extends toward further outside than ends of the opening to thereby form a flange 54, and the fulcrum 51 of an operating element and the surface 71 clamp the tool 2 therebetween.
