PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the DC voltage of a PWM converter by increasing a command resistance with a rise in DC voltage to increase DC voltage and decreasing the command resistance with a decrease in DC voltage to increase DC voltage. SOLUTION: If DC voltage Edc is smaller than a DC voltage command Edc*, a command resistance R* is set at a power supply internal resistance Rs by keeping a deviation inversing amplification value Ra negative, and a command resistance additional value Rb at zero. If the DC voltage Edc is larger than the DC voltage command Edc*, command resistance R* is set at a power supply internal resistance Rs by keeping the deviation inversing amplification value Ra positive, and the command resistance additional value Rb positive. That is, if the DC voltage Edc increases, it is controlled so as to be increased by increasing the command resistance R*. If the DC voltage Edc decreases, the DC voltage Edc is controlled so as to be increased by decreasing the command resistance Rx.
