PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying a carcass of a pneumatic tire is provided to effectively prevent deviation of center of a carcass when the carcass is conveyed to a drum and prevent tension applied to the carcass, thereby precisely supplying the carcass on an outer periphery of the drum and improving the quality of tire. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for supplying a carcass of a pneumatic tire includes a carcass supplying roller(1) for conveying a carcass while fixing a center of the carcass, a conveyer(2) mounted adjacently to the carcass supplying roller and receiving a rotation force by a driving motor(4), a carcass advancing roller(6) for operating to be lifted by a cylinder(7) for advancing the conveyed carcass on a drum(5) while fixing the center, a cutter positioned in front of the carcass advancing roller for cutting the advanced carcass, and a locking element mounted adjacently to the carcass advancing roller for stably guiding and maintaining an attachment position of the carcass on the drum.
