PURPOSE: An insulation finishing material is provided to reduce the cost and make the process simple with a simple structure and to increase quality and insulating effect without a covering phenomenon by increasing mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: For bonding a PET film(1) and a glass fiber paper(2), both contact faces or one contact face of the film and paper are covered with a water-soluble or an oil soluble adhesive and the adhesive is congealed. Then a finishing material is covered on the surface of an insulation with thermal bonding and the insulation is impregnated with the melt PET film. Finally, the finishing material is covered on the glass fiber paper.
