PURPOSE: An electric joystick stuck a variable resistance is provided to exactly control a control lever front ward, backward, leftward and rightward according to a user's purpose and to secure the safety at a work by stably outputting a neutral value of the control lever and by balancing the controlling force of the control lever. CONSTITUTION: When a driver controls a control lever(4) to a certain direction among front ward, backward, leftward and rightward for operating a working device such as an excavator, a vertical displacement of a pressing pin(6) contacted and supported in the lower face of a pressing plate(5) is generated by rotating the pressing plate(5) connected in the lower end of the control lever(4) with a U joint(1) as a pivot point. A sensor(12) outputs a certain signal compared to a control displacement of the control lever(4) according that a driving unit of sensor(7) supported in the lower part of the pressing pin(6) is compressed by the displacement generation of the pressing pin(6). When the control lever(4) is individually controlled to one direction among front ward, backward, leftward, and rightward, a moving displacement is not generated except the pressing pin of the corresponding direction among the pressing pins(6). And when the control lever(4) is operated complexly, the moving displacement is generated by compressing plural pressing pins among the pressing pins(6). At that time, the driver recognizes the complex control of the control lever(4) by the sensor(12) of front ward, backward, leftward and rightward installed inside a housing(2). Thereby the usage is maximized when a working device formed by a multi-joint such as an excavator is complexly controlled.
