PURPOSE: A setup structure of vehicle radiator grill is provided to rapidly install a radiator grill without a combining tool, so that working process is shorter and manufacturing cost is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A setup structure of vehicle radiator grill comprises; projections (110) formed as one body in an upper radiator grill; fixing parts (120) in a lower radiator grill; an inserting hole (121) formed in each fixing part; a catching part (211) seizing the projections in an upper opening (210); a projection bar (212) inserted in the inserting hole in the lower opening; a bumper (200) forming a supporting part (213) to support both sides of radiator grill.
