An interdental brush having one or a plurality of projections (2) provided on the outer peripheral surface of a shaft (1), wherein the projections are in a fin shape and/or a hair shape and the shaft (1) and the projections (2) are integrally molded from synthetic resin, thereby it is possible to provide a soft contact with oral cavity tissues when in use, eliminate variations in coming-off strength of fin- and hair-shape projections, and reduce production costs.
