PURPOSE: A grouping and ungrouping method between omni cells using a pseudo noise offset of one channel is provided to decrease a traffic according to a handoff signal, and to increase a success rate of call by generating a PN offset through a usage of the second path of each channel in an omni cell structure, and operating numerous cells like one cell with one PN offset. CONSTITUTION: Modulated signals are transmitted through an alpha path, a beta path, and a gamma path. Because one channel has three paths, a traffic signal is capable of transmitting through three paths. Each omni cell assigns one channel to the alpha path by using PN offset different from each other, and transmits signals of PN offset for grouping to numerous channels by using the unuseful second path. For this reason, each cell is converted into the PN offset transmitted to the second path, and all cells having the same PN offset are grouped.
