DATA INPUT/OUTPUT BUFFER CONTROL CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A data input/output buffer control circuit is provided to prevent a switching current generated by data feeded back from a data output buffer by disabling a data input buffer during a lead operation. CONSTITUTION: A data input/output buffer control circuit comprises the parts of: an input/output pad(21) inputting or outputting data; a data input buffer(22) inputting data inputted through the above input/output pad in accordance with a control signal to an internal circuit(25) of an SDRAM; a data output buffer(23) outputting the above SDRAM data through the above input/output pad; a data input/output buffer control unit(24) controlling the above data input buffer(22) and the above data output buffer(23) to disable the above data input buffer and to enable the above data output buffer in a read mode by inputting CLK signals and a read command(READE).
