PURPOSE: A device for managing of a lawn playground is provided to easily manage the lawn by supplying water to the lawn, draining rain water when it rains a lot and by generating heat in winter. CONSTITUTION: A branch tube(14) punched thorough a supply and drain slot at regular intervals is arranged upside an inner layer at regular intervals. An unwoven matrix is mounted between each branch tube(14). Heating wires(17) are spread or a branch tube of steam(26) is laid upside the unwoven matrix. An unwoven fabric is covered thereon then an outer layer and a lawn are layered or naturalized upside the unwoven fabric. The branch tube(14) is connected with a main supply and drain tube through a branch valve(12) and a distributing pump(11). The heat rays(17) are turned on and off by a switch(SW1). A steam supplied from a supplying tube of steam is drained to an exhausting tube of steam by passing a drain valve and also a drain pump after distributing and circulating by passing a supply valve and a supply pump in the branch tube of steam.
