METHOD FOR MULTICASTING SESSION FOR MULTIPOINT INFORMATION TRANSFER

PURPOSE: A network service is provided for an application and a communication network layer to charge multicasting function in harmony for the application needing a multi point information exchange to maximize efficiency and to reflect the demand from the application. CONSTITUTION: When new information arrives at a control channel for starting a session multicasting drive, a module of managing session is operated. If the information is not arrived, the demand of a re-transferring is decided for operating a re-transferring module in case of demanding the re-transferring. If the re-transferring is not demanded, a multicasting module is operated. A switch or a router, which is a component of a network stores multicasting information for applying a transferring method in the base of the session information participating in a group operation. Therefore, the time for transferring information is reduced for improving efficiency.
