PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for elevation switching speed are provided to be capable of elevating the switching speed of a power switch and minimizing a power loss when an RF power supply is used. CONSTITUTION: A PWM control circuit part(100) outputs pulses which pulse widths are modulated for switching control. A drive circuit part(110) is switched by the pulse to output a switching control signal. A delay removing circuit part(200) controls the path of a current according to a supply voltage applied to the drive circuit part(110) by the pulse. A power switching part(112) is switched by a switching control signal applied from the drive circuit part(110) to determine whether or not the power is suppled. The delay removing circuit part(200) comprises a second transistor contrarily switched to a first transistor of the drive circuit part(110), and a second resistor serially connected to a collector of the second transistor.
