PURPOSE: A PE reinforcing spiral pipe and its production method are provided to be used for a drain pipe and a waterway pipe and to have the economic property, the hardness and the excellent effect in a reinforcing of outer earth pressure. CONSTITUTION: A spiral pipe composed a hollowed hole(3) and a reinforcing part formed a U-shaped supporting portion(2') spirally is integrated a corrugated reinforcing band or a circular reinforcing band(13) in an inside(4) of an outer wall(6) of hollowed hole(3) with a corrugated fusion band or a fusing point, and is formed an inclined supporting bar(5') in both walls(2"). To producing the reinforcing spiral pipe for a PE structure, a reinforcing support rib is composed in a die rip in a dice assembled in a cooling pipe of branch curved pipes(21)(21') formed a separating interval and assembled in the die rip formed an extruding base. Reinforcing band(13) is formed in the hollowed hole(3) of reinforcing part with a curved gear(30) formed a corrugated gear and fusing gears(32)(32')(34). The inclined supporting bar(5') is formed with a fusing gear(31) in a recessed groove(12). The reinforcing band(13) and an outer wall are formed in an outside and the spiral recessed groove(12) with a compressed tube in a separated dice. Thereby the reinforcing spiral pipe for the PE structure is produced.
