PURPOSE: A locker for a car audio cassette is provided. CONSTITUTION: A locker(320) for a car audio cassette is mounted on a main sash(307) by being connected to first and second holes(306,308) formed at the side portion of the main sash(307), and thus fixes the car audio cassette to a dashboard. The locker(320) comprises an upper member(320a) contacted with a first side surface of the first hole(306), one end of which having a hooking protrusion(322), and the other end of which being bent into the main sash(307); a lower member(320c) separated downwardly from the upper member(320a), and contacted with a second side surface of the second hole(308), one end of which having a hooking protrusion(322a), and the other end of which being bent into the main sash(307); and an intermediate member(320b) for integrating the upper member(320a) and the lower member(320c).
