SIMULATED FLOATING INDUCTOR

PURPOSE: A simulated floating inductor is provided to vary the inductance linearly, and to operate the floating inductor within a wide range of input voltage value. CONSTITUTION: The simulated floating inductor includes a single input operational conductance amplifier(OTA, 1), a capacitor(C1) and a differential output operational conductance amplifier(2). The single input operational conductance amplifier receives an input or feedbacked voltage through a positive and negative terminals thereof and outputs current through the single output terminal. The capacitor(C1) is coupled between the single input operational conductance amplifier and the ground voltage. The differential output operational conductance amplifier(2) includes a negative terminal which is grounded and a positive input terminal receiving the voltage from the capacitor, and outputs currents which are same to each other but opposite in senses through the positive and negative output terminals.
