PURPOSE: A method for preparing beef with vegetables cooked in casserole using flesh and meat marine products, vegetables, stuffs of herb remedy and fruits without adding any chemical seasoning is provided, to offer a high quality foodstuffs which are plentiful nutritive substances and are welcomed to consumers by preserving taste, flavor and nutritive materials of ingredients. CONSTITUTION: The Beef with vegetables cooked in casserole is prepared by setting accessory stuffs in the edge of casserole such as sea slug, ginseng, all kinds of mushroom, green pepper, radish, parsley, stone-leek, leek, carrot, cucumber, egg; and putting garlic, pepper, tail of cow boiled as a main stuff and beef mixed with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pear, onion in the center of casserole; putting lean ribs meat and tail of cow; putting fungi mushroom, crown daisy, red pepper, pine-nuts, ginkgo nut, walnut, jujube, processed fish, sesame properly; after finishing the mentioned preparation, pouring gravy into the casserole which is boiling with tail of cow, licorice root and ginger.
