APPARATUS FOR REMOVING BLANKING SIGNAL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing blanking signals is provided to convert an analog image signal to a digital image signal by way of an analog/digital convertor more accurately, by removing the blanking signals included in images signals. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing blanking signals includes a blanking pulse generator(200) and a synthesizer(400). The blanking pulse generator(200) generates a blanking pulse from a horizontal synchronous signals. The synthesizer(400) synthesizes an image signal including a blanking signal with the blanking pulse generated in the blanking pulse generator(200). The synthesizer(400) also generates an image signal with the retrace signal removed.
