Pharmaceutically stable preparation based on oxaliplatinum

In the present invention there is disclosed a pharmaceutically stable preparation based on oxaliplatinum. The invented pharmaceutical preparation is characterized in that this oxaliplatinum is dissolved in water in concentration ranging from one mg/ml to five mg/ml and at pH value ranging from 4.5 to 6. After storage extending for a pharmaceutically acceptable period the oxaliplatinum content in this preparation is at least 95 percent of the initial content and this solution remains clear, colorless and does not contain any precipitates. This preparation does not contain any further components and it substantially would not contain more than 2 percent by weight contaminants.
