Process for preparing enzymes by isolating thereof from bodies of Annelida strain animals

Enzymes are prepared by their isolation from bodies of Annelida strain animals, in such a manner that starting material containing cells of the aforementioned organisms being selected in advance to increased content if enzymes is subjected to disintegration process of those cells, whereby enzymes are note damaged. The obtained mass is then homogenized with such addition of water as to make the homogenate conductivity less than 5 mS/cm. Subsequently conglomerates and impurities are removed by sedimentation and/or centrifugation, whereupon the remaining suspension is subjected to auto-focusing and fractions containing the prepared enzymes are collected in compliance with corresponding isoelectric points.
