PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form bread dough, etc., having large mass and housed in a hopper into continuous strips having designated thickness by providing a cutter, a nipping pressure apparatus, a shaping feeder and a water feed apparatus. SOLUTION: A cutter comprising a pair of rotating shafts having plural cutters is provided in an opening on the lower side of a hopper of food dough and a nipping pressure apparatus comprising the opposed rollers is arranged in vertically multistage in the lower part of the front end of a conveyer provided in the lower direction. A shaping feeder constituted so that intervals in the upper part of a nipping pressure apparatus composed of opposed rollers are widened and intervals in the lower part are made narrow and intervals of opposed rollers repeats expansion and contraction is provided and a water feeder for applying water to the cutter and the shaping feeder are provided.
