PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locally apply the massage action by forming a sealed bag body having a projecting part made of hard material on the surface side with a flexible and freely turnable sheet material, arranging plural bag bodies to form a mat main body, and injecting or discharging a fluid into each bag body to expand, reduce and deform each bag body. SOLUTION: A sealed bag body 1 is formed to be elongated with a flexible and freely turnable sheet material, and plural bag bodies 1 are connected in parallel to each other and integrated to form a mat main body 2. Plural projecting parts 3 made of hard material are formed in parallel on the outer surfaces of the respective bag bodies 1 on the surface side of the mat main body 2. A compression pump 5a and solenoid valves 5b and 5c of a fluid control device 5 are controlled by suitably operating a control operation part, thereby selectively expanding and deforming or reducing and deforming a desired bag body 1. Thus, a part of the body is concentratively strongly pressed by the projecting part 3 of hard material formed on the outer surface of the surface side of the bag body 1 so as to obtain satisfactory massage action in a desired region of the body.
