PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by excellently mixing powder and superheated steam, quickly heating the powder, enhancing a sterilizing effect, and obviating a special seal mechanism. SOLUTION: This device has a superheated steam supply pipe 2, an ejector 3 for sucking powder by superheated steam, a separator for separating the superheated steam and the powder/grain, an exhaust means for exhausting the steam from the separator and processing piping 6 for communicating the ejector 3, the separator and an exhaust fan. The powder and the superheated steam are sucked from the ejector 3 by the superheated steam to be compressively mixed with the powder to be heat-sterilized to be held by the processing piping 6, and exhaust quantity of the exhaust fan is adjusted, and while adjusting pressure of the separator, the powder and the superheated steam are separated by the separator. |
