The present invention relates to an electricity distribution system comprising plugs (3 to 10; 3' to 10') connected to an electrical network (13) and switching means (11, 12; 11', 12') for switching on and off, respectively, electricity input of single plugs. In order to provide a user-friendly system, the system comprises at least one plug (3) whose switching means (11) are responsive to signals transmitted from a subscriber station (MS, 14) of a telephone network in order to switch on electricity input to said plug (3). |
