PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive not to damage cable even in the case where a double floor panel is dropped under the floor during working in installation and extension of an electric communication machine by stretching a protection net on the lower face of the double floor panel providing cable connected to the electric communication facility machines or the like on the surface under the floor. SOLUTION: Double floor structure 1 is formed of a double floor frame 4 holding a double floor panel 2 and an underfloor face 3 at a constant interval, and a cable 5 connected to an electric communication facility machine on the underfloor face 3 positioned downward of the double floor panel 2. A plurality of engaging members 7 in a hook shape are protruded on a frame mounting and supporting the double floor panel 2 at a constant interval, and an engaging hole made in a protection net 6 comprising a synthetic resin-made sheet is inserted and locked in the engaging member 7 to be stretched between the upper faces of the underfloor face 3. When the electric communication machine is newly established and extended, the floor panel 2 is surely received by the protection net 6 even when an accident is generated where the double floor panel 2 is dropped under the floor, the cable 5 is prevented from being broken and damaged.
