PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such an accident that water leaks out of a washing device for the private parts during absence for a long time and a toilet is flooded. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 38 is equipped on the way to supply water for a washing device 28 for the private parts, which is provided in a stool 10 of a toilet to eject washing water from a nozzle 26. The water supply passage is opened by the opening motion of the solenoid valve 38 on the basis of the human body detection of a user of the toilet through human body sensors 29, 30, and the solenoid valve 38 is closed to cut off the water passage after a specified time interval has elapsed since the human body was not detected.
