PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat cleaning device capable of automatically cleaning a toilet seat within a short time after it is used and making everyone use a clean toilet since everyone has a sense of imcompatibility when it is used in a state of being left unclean after somebody or other uses it. SOLUTION: A toilet seat shower cleaner is so constituted that a cleaning head 4 having a nozzle 12 for mixing washing water with air to jet and a nozzle 13 for spraying drying air is provided to the inside of a toilet seat cover, the rotation is transferred to an arm 14 of the cleaning head 4 by means of a reduction gear 8 for decelerating to proper speed with a motor as power and a slide guide 11 loaded to a final gear 7, such a method as the cleaning head moves to make the circuit of the toilet seat while spraying and drying the washing water on the toilet seat to clean the whole surface is automatically made and that the clean toilet seat can be used without taking any labor.
