PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate uneconomical design of a pile member by transmitting the bending moment between footing concrete and a ready-made pile member. SOLUTION: A flange 31 of a connecting member 3 positioned on the footing concrete 5 side is butted on a pile flange 21 fixed to the upper end of a cylindrical ready-made pile member 1. Plural circular arc-shaped clamps 4 forming a cross-sectional shape capable of sandwiching both flanges 21, 31 are arranged on the outer periphery of the pile flange 21 and the flange 31 of the connecting member 3, the adjacent clamps 4, 4 are mutually connected, and the pile flange 21 and the flange 31 of the connecting member 3 are connected so that footing concrete 5 and the ready-made pile member 1 are put in a relatively rotationally displaceable and horizontally displaceable state.
