PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new metal fitting capable of easily assembling a working surface laying block. SOLUTION: This new metal fitting has six radial members 3 having the mutually flexibly joined base ends and being arranged in a radial shape so as to separate by an almost equal angle and connecting members 4 for joining intermediate parts of the respective radial members 3, joining parts 6 having bolt holes 6a for joining a stone lump are arranged in the respective radial members 3, and a freely bendable flexible part 8 is arranged by at least one place in the connecting members 4. Then, a working surface laying block can be easily assembled by joining the stone lump to the joining parts 6 by bolts and nuts.
