<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an image and discriminate the genuineness thereof in a display, for instance, in both of a printed matter and a duplicate by forming one metal gloss area on the surface of a sheet-shaped or belt-shaped substrate and laminating metal gloss areas of same quality and/or different quality at least on a part of the above metal gloss area. SOLUTION: When a first printed area A is printed in a metal gloss ink on a paper P and then a second printed area B in a metal gloss ink of same quality or different quality is laminated on a part of the first printed area, a non-coated section is formed on the surface by the effect of recessed and projected shape in the metal gloss ink transition state on the surface of the paper P on the first printed area A. On the other hand, the metal gloss ink section on the first printed area A is coated and masked completely by the second printed area B to form a flat surface (f). As a result, reflected rays R1 and R2 are formed into irregularly reflected rays to incident rays 11 and 12 on the first printed area A and formed into regularly reflected rays T to incident rays 13 on the flat surface (f). Difference is generated, therefore, in the reflectance to distinguish both clearly.</p> |
