PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alloy powder excellent in fluidity and its production and to provide an alloy sintered body high in dimensional precision and its production. SOLUTION: Primary grain powders 2 of 5 to 300μm grain size essentially consisting of aluminum are mutually joined by an organic binder 3 to provide secondary grain powder 1 of 10 to 500μm grain size. Similarly, primary grain powders of 20 to 100μm grain size essentially consisting of iron are mutually joined by an organic binder to produce secondary grain powder of 50 to 200μm grain size.
