PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly grind burr in a state that a plurality of original plates of an expansion-lamination-layer plate of metal foil are overlapped by deflecting the original plates of an expansion-lamination-layer plate of metal foil, projecting a corner of a cutting edge, and grinding the burr. SOLUTION: A plurality of original plates 1 of an expansion-lamination-layer plate of metal foil that arte provided by cutting an initial original plate of the expansion- lamination-layer plate of metal foil are supported on both ends keeping them overlapped and are deflected by pressing down or up its central part. Alternatively the central part may be supported and the both ends are pressed up or down, the both ends may be pressed up and the central part may be pressed down, or the both ends may be pressed down and the central part may be pressed up. Preferably, both the ends are supported and the central part is pressed down or up because of its simple mechanism. The plurality of original plates of the expansion-lamination-layer plate 1 of metal foil are deflected in a state that they are overlapped, and burr occurring at a corner 3 of a cutting edge 2 is ground, but a grinding device 4 is not especially restricted. A rotatable wire brush or a rotary grinding wheel is preferably used from a point of working efficiency.
