PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car door mounting and removing tool serviceable to doors of different shapes and allowing a single person to perform door mounting and removal simply. SOLUTION: A door mounting and removing tool of a car, etc., is composed of a supporting member 4 to support the bottom edge of a door (w) on a truck 1, an aside tumbling restricting member 8 contacting with one surface of the door (w) supported on the supporting member 4 to restrict its tumbling motion sideways, and cord tensile hitching means 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19 to hold the supported door (w) in the condition abutting to the member 8 by hitching a cord 16 set around the door (w) at the truck 1 in a tensile condition.
