PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle-coupling device of a tractor enabled to automatically couple a first coupling unit to a second coupling unit even though types of the working vehicles are different. SOLUTION: In this working vehicle-coupling device of a tractor installed with a working vehicle 4 detachably coupled to a coupling frame 3 installed in the rear of a tractor 1 through a lifting device 2, a detecting unit 37 to the working vehicle 4 and a control unit 38 in the tractor, and in which the detecting unit 37 is connected to interlock with the control unit 38 by a transmitting means 39 and the middle part of the transmitting means 39 is enabled to be connected and separated by a first coupling unit 40 mounted on the coupling frame 3 and a second coupling unit 41 mounted on the working vehicle 4, the first coupling unit 40 is constituted so that its fixing position is changeable corresponding to the fixing position of the second coupling unit 41.
