PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor construction of a steel building whereby an inexpensive steel building excellent in rigidity or a building with a wall type structure can be made more excellent in comfortableness; a building therewith; a floor construction of the building with the wall type structure; and a building therewith. SOLUTION: In the floor construction of a steel building, a foundation construction with beams and columns is assembled by use of steel. A floor board is provided above a slab provided integrally with the foundation construction, in such a manner that a space that is 300 to 700 mm thick is formed between the floor board and the slab.
