PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blockage of a molten metal passing hole of a SG plate being equipped with a fixed board having plural gas blowing small holes. SOLUTION: On this slide gate plate, gas blowing small holes 2b being installed on the fixed board 1 are dispositionally formed within each of two or more uniformly divided territory when segments connecting a passing hole 2a center and a periphery of the hole are assumed, and the passing hole level surface is uniformly divided into two or more territories assumingly. Further, the small holes 2b dispositioned within each territory are parallely formed against either one of the segment demarcating each territory.
