PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dead weight of a turntable and the load applied to the turntable applied to the rotary shaft of a direct drive motor. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped adapter 27 is arranged as surrounding the outer circumference of a rotary shaft 25 of a direct drive motor 15 and a turntable 16 is fixed to the adapter 27. The adapter 27 is supported by a fixing part 33 via a thrust bearing 35 having a shaft bearing face 36 positioned as surrounding the outer circumference of the rotary shaft 25. The rotation of the rotary shaft 25 is transmitted to the adapter 27 via the fixing part 33. This constitution can substantially prevent the load applied to the turntable 16 from applying to the rotary shaft 25.
