PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a non-connected projecting portion a strong structure by making effective use of separate parts. SOLUTION: This electric razor incorporates an inner case 2 in an outer case 1, and by screwing setscrews 10 penetrating the outer case 1 into stopping portions 23 of the inner case 2, these are fixed. The inner case 2 has non- connected projecting portions 2b where the stopping portions 23 are provided on the surface facing the inside of the outer case 1 and a body portion 2a to which the non-connected projecting portions 2b are connected. The non- connected projecting portions 2b are provided in a projected state while the rears of which are not connected to the body 2a. The surfaces of the non- connected projecting portions 2b are overlaid with a substrate 24 where electronic parts are mounted and stopper ribs 28 are provided along the edge of the substrate 24. When the stopping portions 23 are pulled by the setscrews 10 and the non connection projecting portion 2b is going to bend, the stopper 28 butts the edges of the substrate 24 and the substrate 24 prevents the non- connected projecting portions 2b from bending.
