PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent chemical resistance and extrusion moldability. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition, (C) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a methyl methacrylate-based copolymer having a weight-average mol.wt. of >=2,000,000, (D) 0.5-10 pts.wt. of an ethylene/(meth)acrylic ester/carbon monoxide copolymer and (E) 0.05-5 pts.wt. of anα-olefin oligomer and/or an ethylene-α-olefin cooligomer. The resin composition comprises (A) 10-50 pts.wt. of a rubber-reinforced stylenic resin and (B) 50-90 pts.wt. of a vinyl cyanide-based copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a mixture comprising (1) 85-45 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, (2) 15-55 wt.% of a vinyl cyanide-based monomer and (3) 0-40 wt.% of another vinylic monomer capable of being copolymerized with the monomers.
