PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium and a game apparatus, by which interest in play of a large number of players can be improved. SOLUTION: Controllers 20-1 and 20-2 have controller displays 30-1 and 30-2, respectively. When a player 1P transfers a game information (massage/ negotiation/secrecy/sign play/position/positional game information) to a player 2P, the game information is displayed on the display 30-2 and the controller 20-2 is vibrated. Each operation using the controller is associated with each instruction to transfer the game information. The game information is transferred only to players of the same group. Positional information which is not displayed on a main display, positional game information, an explanation screen of the operation method of the controllers, captured pieces of a player, cards in reserve, selected screen of character operated by a player are displayed on a controller display.
