PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid continuous use, by a user, of a sanitary washing device whose nozzle mechanism is felt being fouled, by providing an informing function for informing the user that a nozzle must be cleaned. SOLUTION: In a sanitary device provided with a nozzle 5 for discharging flushing water for the private part of a user, an informing function informing that the user must clean the nozzle 5 is provided. The information reference indicates the case where the operation number of the nozzle 5 mechanism is 84 times or more, the case where period elapse from the used date of a preceding user to an existing date is 7 days or more, the case where the fouling of the nozzle 5 is recognized by image recognition or the like. In addition, LED or LCD may be used as the information function. As a result, the user cannot continuously use the sanitary washing device as it remains the fouled nozzle 5 mechanism.
